Hours of Operation

I am generally available, by phone, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Saturday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM and Sunday from Noon until 3:00 PM. Other times by appointment. All times Eastern.

Shop hours are by appointment only.

Rates

In-shop, on-line and phone support: $45.00 per hour. Billed in 15 minute increments.

On-site, including pick-up, delivery and set up: $65.00 per hour plus a minimum of 1/2 hour travel charge per trip.
